Built for calm operations
About Omniga

Transparent workflow
Every entry shows what was booked, why it matters, and what changed over time.
Controls + evidence
Reconciliations, approvals, and workpapers live with the books-not in side chats.
Experts + software
Operators run the close, automation removes the chaos, you see the receipts.
Transparent workflow
Controls + evidence
Experts + software
We're building the calm, controlled version of bookkeeping.
Trustworthy financials come from controls, review, reconciliation, and evidence — and you should be able to see all of it.

The problem
QuickBooks isn't the chaos. The workflow around it is.
Small businesses have incredible tools-QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Ramp, payroll systems-but they don't add up to a controlled close. Data lives in different places, context gets lost, and fixes happen after the fact. The result is numbers that look complete but aren't trustworthy.
Tools

Missing layer
Controls • Review • Context
Ledger
Trusted numbers only matter when the workflow is disciplined
Reports
Board decks, operator dashboards, confident cash decisions

Transparency
Transparency isn't a brand word. It's a set of receipts.
When you outsource bookkeeping, you shouldn't lose visibility. "Transparent" means:
- You can see what was booked and why.
- You can see what changed — and who approved it.
- You can see how the close is performing (exceptions, review volume, time-to-close).
Reason + evidence
Entry detail cards
Source, reviewer, confidence, and reconciliation status travel with each transaction.
What shifted
Change log
Track adjustments, approvals, and exception resolutions with context-not speculation.
Observability
Close health
See exceptions, review volume, and time-to-close inside the same pane of glass.

Why Omniga exists
We built Omniga because finance teams are structurally under-supported.
Traditional bookkeeping services optimize for throughput, not controls. Traditional software assumes the team already exists to run the workflow. Omniga delivers both: the discipline of a finance team with the efficiency of software-for companies that can't justify hiring a full internal department yet.
You do the work
Software-only
You still do the work-and inherit the chaos of stitching tools together.
You lose visibility
Traditional bookkeeping
Volume over review. You lose visibility and still second-guess the numbers.
Controlled + calm
Omniga
Done-for-you close with transparent controls, observability, and escalations.

Operating principles
Our operating principles
There's one right way to keep the books: controlled, reviewable, reconciled.
Pricing can scale with complexity-quality never does.
No silent automation. Rules, thresholds, and human judgment live side-by-side.
Evidence is part of the deliverable: reconciliations, workpapers, exception logs.
The ledger is the system of record. The workflow is the system of trust.

The growth gap
Under $30M in revenue? You're stuck between DIY and enterprise.
You've outgrown spreadsheets and your first bookkeeper, but you can't justify a VP Finance, controller, and staff accountant. That's the gap Omniga is built for.
Where most start
Founder does the books part-time, or a low-cost bookkeeper enters transactions without controls. Numbers look complete but nobody trusts them at board time.
With Omniga
A dedicated operator runs your close inside a controlled workflow. Reconciliations, approvals, and evidence are built in — you see everything without doing the work.
Where you're headed
Trusted numbers feed real decisions — cash planning, pricing changes, board conversations — without second-guessing. When you're ready for a controller, the handoff is clean.
