Your billing information is processed by Stripe and governed by their Privacy Policy. Omniga does not store payment card data directly.

Omniga is committed to protecting your data and maintaining secure operations. We are actively pursuing SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance and follow internal security and privacy policies modeled after industry standards.
We use encryption and secure storage to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You use Omniga at your own risk.
We retain data as long as needed to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal and document data from the application. However, we may retain and use de-identified data or insights already incorporated into our internal systems, solely to improve service performance and reliability.
We are based in the U.S. If you access Omniga from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred and processed in the U.S.
