This Privacy Policy explains how Omniga collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information (name, email, business info)
  • Uploaded Content (documents, CSVs, financial records)
  • Third-Party Data via integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe)
  • Usage Data (IP address, device info, page views)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve our platform
  • To process payments and provide customer support
  • To analyze data and deliver AI-assisted functionality
  • To send important service-related updates (not marketing unless opted in)
  • To improve the accuracy and performance of our automated systems, including machine learning and AI features, using de-identified or aggregated data

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data or content.

Your billing information is processed by Stripe and governed by their Privacy Policy. Omniga does not store payment card data directly.

We may share it only with:

  • Trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, payments, analytics)
  • Third-party integrations you authorize (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Stripe)
  • Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our platform and users

4. Security

Omniga is committed to protecting your data and maintaining secure operations. We are actively pursuing SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance and follow internal security and privacy policies modeled after industry standards.

We use encryption and secure storage to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. You use Omniga at your own risk.

5. Data Retention

We retain data as long as needed to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal and document data from the application. However, we may retain and use de-identified data or insights already incorporated into our internal systems, solely to improve service performance and reliability.

6. International Users

We are based in the U.S. If you access Omniga from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred and processed in the U.S.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us. For legal or compliance-related questions, reach out at privacy@omniga.ai.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
